DIBROVA UKRAINIAN ENSEMBLE
Gaining in popularity in Ukrainian communities throughout the United States and Canada, Dibrova is a Cleveland, Ohio based ensemble and one of the few groups in America to specialize in Ukranian dance and listening music. Members of the ensemble come from Ukraine and Slovakia and their repertoire flows from familiar turn-of-the-century Ukranian folk songs to the latest celebrated hits from EuroVision as well as popular American songs and tunes. These notable musicians combine their talents on the saxophone, keyboard, guitar, bass, accordion, panpipes, tsymbaly, sopilka, percussion, and of course the sultry tones of vocalist Beata Begeniova to deliver a wonderfully unique trans-American-Ukranian impression the audience will surely remember for a long time.
